## ALTERNATE: Hash generated from md5 of filename. This has the folllowing properties:
## - there is no filehash column in the attachments table
## - attachments on the file system have names like: 2_filename_jpg5e8509b45f7d472fdc99042f64270ff4
## If your database is following the alternate model, uncomment the ALTERNATE settings and
