plugins/stats_over_http/README

Compile:
  tsxs -c stats_over_http.c -o stats_over_http.so
Install:
  sudo tsxs -o stats_over_http.so -i

Add to the plugin.conf:

  stats_over_http.so

start traffic server and visit http://IP:port/_stats
