Add graph.build tool and remove precisely CTR
Adding graph.build was requested on our dev mailing list:

The precisely link seems to be dead and the only result I could find
about this tool is:
https://customer.precisely.com/s/article/Spectrum-Technology-Platform-Data-Hub-Module
but that doesn't mention TinkerPop at all. So this doesn't meet our
listing policy any more.
