+Apache Sourcelume provides a metadata spec, registry, and signing pipeline —
+for publishing and independently verifying provenance records of AI training
+datasets.
+
+## Project Status:
+Current project status: New
+Issues for the board: none
+
+## Membership Data:
+Apache Sourcelume was founded 2026-08-18
+There are currently 8 committers and 8 PMC members in this project.
+The Committer-to-PMC ratio is 1:1.
+
+Community changes, past quarter:
+- No new PMC members (project graduated recently).
+- No new committers were added.
+
+## Project Activity:
+- Apache Sourcelume has created its email lists, website, and started initial
+repos. 
+- PMC helped Apache Marketing and Publicity with Apache Sourcelume's TLP news release. https://news.apache.org/foundation/entry/the-apache-software-foundation-announces-new-top-level-projects-6
+- Apache Sourcelume members have registered a hackathon session for Community over Code

+Our community has just started from our PMC group. Our dev email list is alive
+with architecture and technical discussions. We have begun our outreach to
+attract contributors, seeing dev list subscribers from outside the PMC.
