 <h3>Uvod</h3>
 <p>Datoteke pomoči v OpenOffice.org so v obliki XML. Vodja nizozemske prevajalske
 skupine in hkrati eden od vodij projekta lokalizacije datotek pomoči
 v OpenOffice.org je napisal skripte, ki vse potrebne besede/fraze iz
 datotek XML pretvorijo v besedilne datoteke (TXT). Skupno število
 besed za prevod je pribliľno 460.000.</p>

 find all the translatable strings, is shown by a number of translated
 XML help files that were sent to me for evaluation. Although the XML
 was still valid, almost 30% of the translatable strings in them had

 <h3>Pomembni napotki</h3>
 <ul>
 <li>Med izvirno vrstico in prevodom ne sme biti prazne vrstice!
 <li>Prevod ni nujno (oziroma ne sme biti) dobeseden. To pomeni, da je lahko vrstni red SKORAJ poljuben.
 Paziti je treba predvsem pri izvirnih vrsticah, ki imajo v oklepaju (help:link) ipd., ker je to povezava
 na nadaljnje informacije.

 <h3>Prevajanje in kodni nabori</h3>
 <p>Vsi zapisi znotraj OpenOffice.org so v kodnem naboru UTF-8 - ravno
 tako tudi datoteke pomoči. Ni pomembno v katerem okolju prevajate (Linux,Windows,...), ko vrnete
 prevedeno datoteko pa naj bo zraven podatek o kodnem naboru
 (WINDOWS-1250, ISO8859-2, UTF-8,...)</p>

 <h3>Načrt prevajanja</h3>
 <p>OOo pomoč je razdeljena na osem modulov: <b>COMMON</b> (~200.000 besed),
 <b>SBASIC</b> (~40.000 besed), <b>SCALC</b> (~82.000 besed), <b>SCHART</b>
 (~6.000 besed), <b>SDRAW</b> (~6.000 besed), <b>SIMPRESS</b> (~30.000
 besed), <b>SMATH</b> (~19.000 besed) in <b>SWRITER</b> (~80.000
 besed).</p>
 <p>Stvari se lotimo po vrsti. Najprej pride na vrsto modul COMMON. Ena velika datoteka se razbije na več
 manjših (natančneje na 29 datotek s po 4.000 vrsticami, več
 statistike si lahko ogledate <a href="stats_common.txt">TUKAJ</a>-
 številke po vrsti pomenijo število dejanskih vrstic za
 prevod, število besed za prevod in število znakov za
 prevod.</p>

 elektronsko sporočilo v katerem naj navede, katero datoteko bi rad
 prevedel. O prijavah in stanju prevodov se bo vodila evidenca. Ko
 prevedeno datoteko vrnete dopišite, <b>v katerem kodnem naboru
 ste prevajali</b>. Na koncu gre vse v UTF-8 ampak vam za to ni treba

	<h3>Pomembni napotki</h3>
	<ul>
	<li>Med izvirno vrstico in prevodom ne sme biti prazne vrstice!
	<li>Prevod ni nujno (oziroma ne sme biti) dobeseden. To pomeni, da je lahko vrstni red SKORAJ poljuben.
	Paziti je treba predvsem pri izvirnih vrsticah, ki imajo v oklepaju (help:link) ipd., ker je to povezava
	na nadaljnje informacije.

	<h3>Prevajanje in kodni nabori</h3>
	<p>Vsi zapisi znotraj OpenOffice.org so v kodnem naboru UTF-8 - ravno
	tako tudi datoteke pomoči. Ni pomembno v katerem okolju prevajate (Linux,Windows,...), ko vrnete
	prevedeno datoteko pa naj bo zraven podatek o kodnem naboru
	(WINDOWS-1250, ISO8859-2, UTF-8,...)</p>

	<h3>Načrt prevajanja</h3>
	<p>OOo pomoč je razdeljena na osem modulov: <b>COMMON</b> (~200.000 besed),
	<b>SBASIC</b> (~40.000 besed), <b>SCALC</b> (~82.000 besed), <b>SCHART</b>
	(~6.000 besed), <b>SDRAW</b> (~6.000 besed), <b>SIMPRESS</b> (~30.000
	besed), <b>SMATH</b> (~19.000 besed) in <b>SWRITER</b> (~80.000
	besed).</p>
	<p>Stvari se lotimo po vrsti. Najprej pride na vrsto modul COMMON. Ena velika datoteka se razbije na več
	manjših (natančneje na 29 datotek s po 4.000 vrsticami, več
	statistike si lahko ogledate <a href="stats_common.txt">TUKAJ</a>-
	številke po vrsti pomenijo število dejanskih vrstic za
	prevod, število besed za prevod in število znakov za
	prevod.</p>

	elektronsko sporočilo v katerem naj navede, katero datoteko bi rad
	prevedel. O prijavah in stanju prevodov se bo vodila evidenca. Ko
	prevedeno datoteko vrnete dopišite, <b>v katerem kodnem naboru
	ste prevajali</b>. Na koncu gre vse v UTF-8 ampak vam za to ni treba
