<h3>What is Cygwin?</h3>
<p>Cygwin is a terminal emulator designed for Windows to provide a Linux-like environment for Windows. This tool can be used by folks who run the Windows operating system to connect to the OpenOffice.org file server through a shell (or terminal) access.</p>
