| <p>You open the New Java SE Library Descriptor wizard by right-clicking a module project, choosing New > Other and selecting Java SE Library Descriptor from the Module Development category.</p> |
| <p>In the Select Library page, you have to specify the library that you want to make available in the Ant Library manager via the module. You can select a library that is available in the Ant Library manager or you can click Manage Libraries to use the Ant Library Manager to add the library that you want to make available via the module.</p> |
