 <p>The Edit CSS Rules dialog box enables you to create new rules in a CSS style sheet. The dialog box displays a list of types of selectors and options for specifying and naming the selector.

 <p>To create a new rule you must select a Selector Type and then specify the details for the selector either by typing in the Selector text field or by using the drop-down list.</p>
