Description
----------------------

Update function for Stochastic Gradient Descent (SDG) optimizer.

It updates the weights using::

	 weight = weight - learning_rate * (gradient + wd * weight)
	 
	 
	 


Arguments
------------------

|                                        | penalty scales with the square of the magnitude of each    |
