How to include/exclude content from jar artifact

  Specify a list of fileset patterns to be included or excluded by adding
  <<<\<includes\>>>>/<<<\<include\>>>> or <<<\<excludes\>>>>/<<<\<exclude\>>>>
  in your <<<pom.xml>>>.
