[TOREE-450] Revert "[MINOR] Add log4j test configuration"
This reverts commit ddba37a20c00039a3d70402b430c9a51737a5d37
which started causing the "dupplicate mappings" issues as the
sbt build is actually copying log4j resource from root resource
folder to all projects during build.
