<usage>
    <p><directive>AllowCONNECT</directive> はプロキシの <code>CONNECT</code>
    メソッドが接続を許可するポート番号のリストや範囲を指定します。
    今日のブラウザは、<code>https</code> コネクションが要求されていて、
    HTTP 上でのプロキシによるトンネリングができるときに、
    このメソッドを使います。</p>

    <p>デフォルトの設定では、https のデフォルトポート (<code>443</code>) と
    デフォルトの snews ポート (<code>563</code>) が有効になっています。
    このデフォルトを上書きして、リストに記載したポートにのみ接続を許可したい場合、
    <directive>AllowCONNECT</directive> ディレクティブを使用します。</p>
