[hotfix] [e2e, build] Move driver module copying to prepare-package phase This was causing the doc builds to fail with "Artifact has not been packaged yet. When used on reactor artifact, copy should be executed after packaging: see MDEP-187. According to MDEP-187, moving the copy to prepare-package solves the issue.
