Update REVIEWERS.yml - remove lostluck from fallback

Having been re-org'd, while I do think the project is good, and am happy to discuss the model, or it's Go implementations of the SDK and Prism, I can't keep up with areas outside of those with any confidence. Removing myself from uber-fallback.
