Includes minor release-guide fixes.
* Edited the list of bugs.
* Add "Various bug fixes and performance improvements."
* Update contributors list
Accidentally used the example code to get contributors for 2.11.
* Add BEAM-9065 as a known issue
* Update blog and release dates, authors.
* Add another known issue
* Add udim to authors.yml and update aaltay -> altay
* fixup yaml
