The \code{FeatherReader$create()} factory method instantiates the object and
takes the following arguments:

(e.g. \code{RandomAccessFile}).
\item \code{mmap} Logical: whether to memory-map the file (default \code{TRUE})
\item \code{...} Additional arguments, currently ignored
