This checkin fixes a few bugs:
(1) When linking to binary schemas via attribute or element references,
    things weren't working because of inability to deal with
    anonymous types.
(2) Some NPEs in the SchemaType API fixed
(3) Added a version numbering scheme to the java.io.Serializable format
    for instances, backward compatible.
