Part of patch for XALANJ-1774 Added registerStylesheetPrefixMappingForRuntime method, which is used to record namespace mappings that are accessible at a particular point in the stylesheet, and returns a unique stylesheet node ID that is used to identify that node at transformation time in looking up namespaces. Reviewed by Christine Li (jycli () ca ! ibm ! com).
