VXQUERY -218 Add delete-index function and XTests, Junit tests for MetaFileUtils. This fix contains following changes. 1. Adding delete index function. 2. Modifying return types of create, update and delete to boolean. 3. Updated the metadata file structure. 4. Added XTest for delete index and changed the result files of create and update index. 5. JUnit test cases for MetafileUtils.
