UIMA-364 package hotfix-1 based on 2.1.0 level. Includes
README-HOTFIX-1 plus copies of the DISCLAIMER, LICENSE, and 
NOTICE files.  pom.xml and MANIFEST.MF updated to rename the
artifact with the suffix hotfix-1.  assemble-plugin.xml updated
to copy the README-HOTFIX-1 plus the license, disclaimer, 
and notices to the zip file.
