[UIMA-6275] InitializableFactory is not smart enough to find a suitable classloader - Introduce a new uimaFIT-specifc internal utility class for classloader lookups - Use the methods provided by this class in the InitializableFactory - Also use it in other places where we need to find a suitable classloader
