Checking if `cdn_id` exists because the UI will not render if it cannot access `cdd->name`.

16-April-2015: Traffic Control is Open Source! Certainly not perfect, but hopefully good enough to get going for an administrator using the rpms, and for brave developers to start looking in to helping the project move forward.
