Update Go version to 1.22.0 (#7940) * Update go version to 1.22.0 * Newly-removed vendored files in Go 1.22.0 * The minor Go version must be included in go.mod now * Fatalf -> Errorf for go vet * Use repo version of Go fo CodeQL
