- Updated the makefile to require less editing. Now some options can be set from the command line, i.e. make TEMP_LIBS=C:\\mytemp\\OBJ. Also changed the default to be the new .so style of output and improved the flow of the makefile - Removed the EOL chars from the diff file - shouldn't need them - Updated the README to be more readable and reflect the makefile changes
