fix(reports): simplify logging to focus on timing metrics

Refactor report execution logging to track only elapsed time and execution_id, removing unnecessary contextual details.

Changes:
- Log elapsed time for screenshot capture, CSV generation, and DataFrame generation
- Include execution_id for tracking individual executions
- Remove verbose context (chart_id, dashboard_id, window_size, webdriver type)
- Simplify timeout and error messages to focus on timing

This provides clean performance metrics to identify:
- Page load time (screenshot capture)
- Data fetch time (CSV/DataFrame generation)
- Overall execution time (report completion)
