perf(DatasourceEditor): optimize tests with fireEvent and shared utilities

Replace slow userEvent interactions with faster fireEvent for non-user-behavior tests.
Export shared fastRender utility to eliminate duplication. Reduce test timeouts
while maintaining stability.

Changes:
- Export fastRender from test utils (replaces local currency implementation)
- Replace userEvent.type (47 keystrokes) with fireEvent.change in metric test
- Replace userEvent.click with fireEvent.click for tab/button interactions
- Reduce timeouts: 30s → 25s (with justification for remaining overhead)
- Remove duplicate 2000ms findBy timeouts

Performance:
- Suite time: 144s → 79s (45% improvement)
- DatasourceEditor.test.tsx: ~86s → ~65s
- DatasourceEditorCurrency.test.tsx: ~57s → ~43s
- Validated stable across 3 consecutive runs
