On the sqlite-mergeinfo-without-mergeinfo branch:
In FSFS, remove all use of the libsvn_fs_util mergeinfo-database
APIs. Also, get rid of the transaction mergeinfo hash file. They are
redundant.

(PATH_TXN_MERGEINFO): Remove.
* subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/fs_fs.c
(): Don't include private/svn_fs_mergeinfo.h
(path_txn_mergeinfo, get_txn_mergeinfo,
svn_fs_fs__change_txn_mergeinfo): Remove.
(commit_body): Don't call get_txn_mergeinfo or
svn_fs_mergeinfo__update_index.

(svn_fs_fs__change_txn_mergeinfo): Remove.
* subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/tree.c
(): Don't include private/svn_fs_mergeinfo.h
* subversion/libsvn_fs_fs/structure
(Layout of the FS directory): Redocument indexes.sqlite as
containing lazy caches.
(Filesystem formats): Don't claim that svn:mergeinfo is stored in
indexes.sqlite.
(Transaction layout): Remove mentions of mergeinfo file.
