Reference error class by CONSTANT_NAME instead of CamelCase because
the 1.3.x and 1.4.x branches don't support the CamelCase error class
reference.

* subversion/bindings/swig/ruby/test/test_client.rb
  (SvnClientTest#test_log_msg_func_cancel): Reference error class
  by CONSTANT_NAME instead of CamelCase.
