Upgrade test suite to be compatible with Python 2.2.1.

* swig/python/tests/trac/versioncontrol/svn_fs.py
  (False, True): Add constants.
  (_strip_path): Add helper function.
  (SubversionRepository): Use _strip_path instead of "".strip.
