Add some more history to the svn_repos_revision_changed() tests, and
fix a little buglet in the new fs history code that doing so revealed.
* subversion/tests/libsvn_repos/repos-test.c
(revisions_changed): Add some quirky copies and moves to the
revision set here, and re-org the test data a bit for readability.
* subversion/libsvn_fs/tree.c
(txn_body_history_prev): Pass NULL for the end_copy_id parameter of
find_youngest_copy() for now. This parameter may wind up getting
trashed in the future as unused, but I need to think through that
a bit more.
