Fix up the svn:mergeinfo properties. The following mergeinfo seems to have
been lost accidentally from the root of the branch in the catch-up merge
r30791:

  /branches/1.5.x-r30215:30238
  /branches/svn-mergeinfo-enhancements:30045-30214

* .
  Replace missing mergeinfo in the "svn:mergeinfo" property.
