be more explicit in the README regarding Maven coordinates and direct download To help users with less development experience, provide a concrete version in the Maven dependecy snippet (which is unlikely to change anyway...) and provide a direct donwload link to the Jar in Maven Central, to help drop-in fixing.
This a subproject of the Apache Struts project which provides different plugins, mostly focused on fixing (if possibe) vulnerabilities in older versions of the framework.
Release under Apache License 2.0
