| <P>The <SAMP>isalpha()</SAMP> function returns <SAMP>true</SAMP> if the character passed as a parameter is part of the alphabet specified by the <SAMP>locale</SAMP> parameter. Otherwise, the function returns <SAMP>false</SAMP>. The check is made using the <SAMP>ctype</SAMP> facet from the <SAMP>locale</SAMP> parameter.</P> |
