2007-09-28 Andrew Black <ablack@roguewave.com> * tags/4.2.0-rc-4: Tag head of branches/4.2.0 as Release Candidate 4. Change from -rc-3 is merging of r573411 of trunk: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=rev&revision=573411 .
