Can't insert into the target.

This error class has the following derived error classes:

NOT_ALLOWED

The target relation <relationId> does not allow insertion.

NOT_PARTITIONED

The target relation <relationId> is not partitioned.

RDD_BASED

An RDD-based table is not allowed.

READ_FROM

The target relation <relationId> is also being read from.
