SLING-6774 - Allowed character set in repo init is too restrictive

* Extend path parser and JCR implementation with valid symbols '+', '@' and ':'

Apache Sling JCR RepoInit module

This module implements repoinit 1 operations to allow the repoinit language to be used to initialize content, service users and privileges in a JCR content repository.
