Re-pin docker actions to currently ASF-approved commit SHAs (#836) publish-docker fails at startup: the ASF allow-list rotated and no longer contains the SHAs pinned for docker/login-action (v4.2.0), docker/setup-qemu-action (v4.1.0) and docker/setup-buildx-action (v4.1.0). Re-pin each to the latest non-expiring entry in apache/infrastructure-actions' approved_patterns.yml: - docker/login-action dbcb813823bdd20940b903addbd779551569679f (v4.6.0) - docker/setup-qemu-action 99012661954931238ded8c8b007157a8430204e1 (v4.4.0) - docker/setup-buildx-action f87e5991a6d7451dcb8d9637bfbc97413f497069 (v4.4.1)
