Handle the case where the longitude value of the point to transform using a datum shift is on the other side of the ±180° meridian compared to the region where the grid is defined. Example: NADCON file for Alaska which is defined in the [−194° … −127.875°] range of longitude value, so the +170° longitude needs to be converted to −190° before it can be used. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SIS-488
