Binding upgrades : -support for binding inheritance, similar to how Flex worked. -fix for conflicting generated ids in swf and js with mxml inheritance -fix for conflicing generated event handlers in js with mxml inheritance -fix for [Bindable]private getter/setter code gen in js.
