Modified the script to check QMAN_LIB is set and use that instead of always looking for the libs relative to QMAN_HOME. This makes it easy to run QMan from an svn checkout. git-svn-id: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/qpid/trunk@888977 13f79535-47bb-0310-9956-ffa450edef68
