Update proto file (#562) Signed-off-by: xiaolongran <xiaolongran@tencent.com> ### Motivation The current pulsarApi.proto file is generated based on the older version. With the iteration of the version, the protocol file has undergone major changes. Here we need to try to be consistent with the proto file of the pulsar repo ### Modifications - Update `proto` file
A Go client library for the Apache Pulsar project.
This projects is developing a pure-Go client library for Pulsar that does not depend on the C++ Pulsar library.
Once feature parity and stability are reached, this will supersede the current CGo based library.
