  "message": "Fix flaky ConnectionFailTest: restore fd limit in SetUp (#612)\n\nConnectionFailTest lowers the process soft fd limit (RLIMIT_NOFILE) in a\nloop and never restores it, so a test leaves the limit as low as ~8 for\nthe next one. The next test\u0027s SetUp() then makes an HTTP request to\ncreate the partitioned topic, and curl can intermittently fail to open a\nsocket (res: -1) when the previous client\u0027s async connection teardown\nstill holds file descriptors.\n\nRestore the soft limit to the hard limit in SetUp() before making the\nHTTP request.",
