  "message": "Provisional modifications for activating class scanning through the\nannotation detector as an alternative to the CDI class scanning for\nidentifying method annotations. The scanner implmented in\nMethodAnnotationRecognizer works. This commit is provisional in nature, and\nrequires special handling to use.\n\n1) you will need to compile pluto-container with the mvn install -DskipTests\noption, since the tests have not been updated to work without the CDI\nextension.\n2) you will need to copy the annotation-detector-3.0.5.jar file into the\ncommon tomcat lib directory.\n3) you will need to move the weld jar from the common tomcat directory into\neach of the portlet WEB-INF/lib directories for the portlets that use CDI.\n\nNote that the CDI portlets won\u0027t work due to class loading issues with the\nCDI extension.\n",
