Implemented portlet class instantiation for the case where bean portlet nethods are used but no CDI bean manager is available. Implemented path into MethodAnnotationRecognizer independent of the ServletContext for use in unit tests. Modified the bean processor tests that do not specifically test CDI functionality to be independent of CDI (custom scope testing naturally still requires and uses a CDI implementation).
