Added compile-time dependency on pluto tag library to some of the demo portlets that did not have it. The purpose of this is only to avoid JSP validation errors in eclipse. Added dummy context path to example pluto portal config file contained in pluto-portal-driver.jar to avoid XML validation errors in eclipse.
