PARQUET-2467: Archive this repo (#504) * Update the README * Remove archived contents
The Apache Arrow and Parquet C++ projects have merged development process and build systems in the Arrow repository. Please submit pull requests in https://github.com/apache/arrow.
JIRA issues should continue to be opened in the PARQUET JIRA project. Discussions continue to be help on the Parquet dev mailing list.
