update slack.post to support token authentication closes #1091 fix for createSlackMessageObject tests added documentation for the slack token-based authentication scheme, and updated the installSlack to hoist the bind-time parameters to be package parameters, plus added description and doclinks update catalog.md to add token to the list of slack parameters
