Create and Manage an Azure AKS cluster

## Synopsis

Usage:
  aks config
  aks create
  aks delete
  aks kubeconfig
  aks lb
  aks status
```

## Commands

```
  config      configure an Azure AKS kubernetes cluster
  create      create an Azure AKS kubernetes cluster
  delete      delete the current Azure AKS cluster
  kubeconfig  extract the kubeconfig to access
  lb          show the load balancer
  prereq      check prerequisites
