Follow these steps in order to build and use this component:

1) download the "eBay SDK for Java" from:
https://go.developer.ebay.com/javasdk

2) extract its content and copy the following jars into ebaystore/lib
attributes.jar
ebaycalls.jar
ebaysdkcore.jar
helper.jar

3) enable the component by uncommenting out the ebaystore entry from plugins/component-load.xml

4) now you can build and run OFBiz as described in the main README file
