TheServerSide: "Node.js Top Priority with NetBeans IDE 8.1"

Node.js support? NetBeans users have been asking for it. NetBeans users have always liked the JavaScript and HTML tools that are built in, along with NetBeans integration into the Chrome browser.
Voxxed.com: "NetBeans Means Business with Support for Node.js in 8.1"

Node is the fastest growing alternative/complement to Java in the enterprise application space, so it’s no surprise that large companies are clamoring to get on board. A heavy hitter riding the Node.js bandwagon is Oracle, who have announced that Node.js IDE support for NetBeans 8.1 will be a top priority.
